Two Sites The Same

Hello Freelancers! For this project, I will only supply all of the specifics etc. if you make my shortlist but at that stage will give you the opportunity to confirm you're capable of completing the job as follows:- I am looking for a contractor to build my client two new identical websites on Wordpress. They do not have existing sites but would like to replicate about 10 - 12 pages of the following site - www.smartstylebathrooms.com.au. These sites need to be built using an up-to-date, mobile friendly Wordpress theme that adapts responsively to any computer / device. The sites needs to include a page builder / backend editor eg. Elementor/Divi/WP Bakery and the contact forms using Contact form 7 (or similar) as well as the following plugins which are required: RankMath, Wordfence Security, Updraft Plus (backups to be scheduled), Duplicate Page, Insert Headers Footers. One of the 10 pages on each site will be a blog so they will need a blog functionality with social sharing buttons, Publicize, Mailchimp and [login to view URL] Live Chat. The sites need to look similar to the above specified sample site however if there are good reasons to adjust / update certain features or elements, these recommendations may be considered. I may need help configuring the SSL and email setups too. The first milestone for the job is complete when both sites (identical copies) are tested and pushed live on the client's domains respectively. Once the sites are live, I will do an extensive SEO audit and so the second part of the job will be to go through the site and implement the SEO fixes/improvements as prescribed in my audit document. You will be aiming for a site load speed in under 3 seconds. The job is complete when the SEO audit has been implemented on the site which needs to be fully tested and pushed live on client's domain.
