WooCommerce Integrate Shipping rates

I am building a website for a client the website address is [login to view URL] this site is built using Word Press and has an online shopping component which I have already integrated called WooCommerce. I have added the WooCommerce paid add on "Table Rate shipping" this shipping plugin allows shipping to be set by postcode and weight. I need my clients shipping rates entered into this plugin (table Rates) [login to view URL] so when a customer goes to purchazse a product it gives the correct freight pricing. I have attached to this job 2 attachments the first attachment shows the different ZONES the second is an excel spread sheet showing the fees charged per ZONE 2.3 you will see both "Intrastate Routine" and "3.3 Interstate Routine" pricing. Each zone has a (basic Charge) and then rate per kilogram for example if you look at "2.3 Intrastate Routine" if someone wanted to buy a product in the zone 1 metro area the pricing would be ($10.52) this is the $10 basic charge plus the 0.52 per kilogram. What I require for this project: Integrate Shipping Fees Will Include 1. Integrate shipping zones (postcodes relevant to zones I have listed) 2. Integrate table rates for zones 0 - 15KG in 1KG increments i.e. ZONE 1 Metro (0 -1 KG = ) (1-2KG=) and so on. 3. Each final rate must be plus 10GST the plugin used for the shipping "Table Rates" allows tax to be automitaclly added you will just have to set this up.
