Hi I'm a python coder with 10+ years python coding experience. I have used a lot of modules and am used to dealing with complex data structures, but I have not yet used Biopython. I have studied some Biology about 10 years ago and also data modeling about 3 years ago with the OU, if that makes a difference I'm based in Basingstoke so 9 to 5 contact is not an issue.
