We had developed Documents. Film scanning software with search retrieval capability up to 8 fields. Search fields can be entered manually, zonal OCR,Database,Barcode. Software was developed using VB-VB6 platform with Kofax tool kit for scanning process,Caere Visual for OCR/Redacting,Accusoft for annotation with backend use of Access,SQL or Oracle Data Base. Software works in Windows environment We require a experienced developer that understands VB6 and convert our software which runs in Windows Server environment or on self contained viewer on the .NET platform. Our first choice is VB.NET but open to C#. We would like to accomplish in shortest possible time. We have considered using code conversion tools to convert the VB6 code to .NET code few years ago but successful

I'm looking for a highly experienced Kofax Capture developer to do the following: 1. Make the kofax capture software to work with multiple SQL tables. 2. Configure the kofax capture so that it captures checkboxes and radio buttons. 2. Conduct a test by scanning in a packet and then verifying that the data is transferred into the SQL database. I have been asked to oversee a Kofax Capture 8 installation at a clients site, and am not very familiar with the product.
