Live Multi-Bluetooth Vibration logging

As a solution for locating a difficult-to-find automotive noise, both while the car is stationary and while moving, I'm imagining a group of perhaps 6 identical Bluetooth-enabled X-Y-Z vibration sensors which can ALL be started up, connected to, and start monitoring vibration from 6 locations on and car at the same time, with their logged data streamed being streamed to the same host device. That host could be a PC (which might be best), but could perhaps be a smartphone, which I believe might not be able to receive 6 data streams at the same time. I'd to also rely on this freelance to identify the cheapest, most cost-effective sensor and Bluetooth components that can still perform a high-quality job as described. I'm open to whatever processor technology works well as the 'brains' of each of the remote Bluetooth/Vibration Sensor modules, thinking Arduino or Raspberry PI might be what the freelancer recommends, but am open of other technologies if the same functionality can be accomplished even more cheaply.
