Please note that we have ordered the 4 m wide by 2.1 m high aluminium bifolding door, 20 mm timber cladding and 40 mm deep insulated panels (1 m wide by 5.5 m long) for the roof which can not be refunded. Prepare structural calculations and drawings for proposed roof, timber wall and underfloor structure. 3. Structural drawings will be ready on Wednesday/Thursday this week the latest if you receive your instructions and payment today. 50% of the fees will be paid at completion. 4. Deal with Building Control / Enfield council resubmission/comments and request for amendments and revision, if applicable. 5.
