Hey there . Looks like easy project . Website scrapping is easy job . but how your data located on websites ? i mean is that elements (like <li> or <table>) , so can we get tham by ID or tagName ? I believe 20 mil pages will definitely take some time to scrape, at least a few days, even for an automated method.
