Hello. I have a rich experience in developing Qt object detection software with YOLO v4 on Windows. In OpenCV, there is a module that forward to object detection model that is trained by deep learning. Because Qt is based on C++, OpenCV with trained model is integrated with Qt GUI project. If there is GPU on your computer, it is possible to lower the CPU load. CPU loading rate is 95~98% on computer with GPU is because it might be wrong configuration or code error.
