We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat platforms. Your main role will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through chat platforms, initiating conversations and building rapport. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate content solutions to meet their requirements. Effectively communicate pricing and promotional offers to drive sales. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a chat or messaging environment. Excellent written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging writing style. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
