Develop Automated or Semi-Automated Process of Assembling a Few Small Electronics Components

Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - in the first place i will need to have the 3d model (step214 format if possible) of the components and assembly 2 - at 1000 assemblies per day, except the pick and place with 3 different feeders, the only solution is a sequential actuator with retainers for each component 3 - for faster soldering, if you use smd, the solution is obvious - use that special soldering alloy for smd bath 3.1 - if the components are not smd, but could stand on heat, the hotplate is ok 4 - a better insight on the solution i could have after seeing the components 5 - it is very important to know how the components come - in bulk or in reel... we should definitely discuss further..... Dear friend, I had gone through your requirement of a system to make your assembling efficient and effective. I am having good experience of designing automation related machines. Since you are limited by time and finance, the automation is not applicable for you. But I have an another method which will increase you efficiency and effectiveness. For this I will give you solution and design of parts and application. The solution I have for you will use batch assembling. In this approximately 50 parts will be soldered at a time with good accuracy. The execution cost of this will be lower than any other proposed method. Hi sir?i am dedy.e from indonesia,i am process engineer in america company,i a s improvement process production how can fast and reduce coat and time,in here i interested for help you for improvement how you can solder part togheter with fast,i thinks in here you needs jix fixture for assy componen part electronik be togheter,and then you can give pasta to componen simultaneously too,then you can attach the pcb to it and put it in the oven..if you needs 1000pcs / day this should do 15 second per assy, question : how much component will solder to pcb? i hope i can help you for find solution,i very happy if can help you,i wait your replay,thanks Dedy.e
