Although I joined this system a few years ago, I actually have not used it, and this is why I have no client comments; however, please feel free to take a look at my resume, which is a file uploaded in the Profile section, to know more about my experience in transcription, writing, proofreading, etc. I also guarantee all of my services, and have an excellent format for transcripts, which I can provide for you; this format allows you to quickly insert proper name spelling into your document (if I am not provided with the information and cannot find it online), etc. If audio has a lot of background noise, I have software that can remove a lot of this, which allows for a better end product with fewer timestamps. I can do verbatim with timestamps throughout the transcript or not, and I can send you the specifics on these different formats so that you can choose what works best for your project, and to make any changes to these basic formats (for example, if you prefer that spoken grammatical errors be corrected in the document or left verbatim). I work on a first-come-first-serve basis, but I am normally very flexible, as my clients tend to have fairly broad deadlines.
