Creating a UI for a game project

Providing below items for a robot crafting/fighting game for adults on PC (1920x1080), which is still in ideation phase. Theme could be dark-retro 80s-90s. 1. picking color palette 2. picking font 3. templates for menus & game panels (borders, headers & title bars, backgrounds, item slot holders) 4. power-CPU-weight limit bars 5. icons: 5.1 component icons like armor, hull, shield, weapons, engines 5.2 robot skills icons like attack, repair, movement to use on action bar (small) and codex (large) 6. in game 2D assets like; 6.1 pointer arrows, movement lines, 6.2 health bars on robots to show armor, shield and hull amounts 6.3 experience bar 6.4 hex map tile 6.5 mouse cursor for different states (loading, attack, pick, move etc..) As I mentioned before, game is still on incubation phase. So many things to decide. Please let me know if you have questions. These items that I requested here are not the final list. I am sure I will need more and I will try to use the same guy for my additional requests in next phases (which will be listed and paid as a seperate new project) to keep the game art consistent.
