Need skilled Java developer for Custom Chromium browser embedding for my application

I need an experienced java developer who has experience integrating chromium browser with Java. My application is based on chromium browser embedded in the application. The software provides facilities for digital professionals to have multiple different browser instances on different IPs (so they can act as 'different people' from around the world (ip location) in total anonymity. Competing software would be Ghost browser and to a less degree mulitlogin (as it does much more than I need). [login to view URL] Functions I need. Import Chromium plugins (from another chrome browser) Ability to add chromium plugins Runs multiple instances using proxies per instance Ability to change User agent (from inside the software there is a dropdown menu of UAs) Disabled Web RTC by default, ability to turn on per browser instance [login to view URL] Font fingerprint ON/OFF per instance [login to view URL] anti canvas fingerprinting (add noise to canvas fingerprint) [login to view URL] Disable Web GL/3D API ON/Off per instance [login to view URL] Chrome bookmarks = We already did this Chrome history Must be good quality code, with potential for updates in future We already have the application/GUI and so on built and running. We integrated jxbrowser and it worked perfectly but the issue we had was it was not open source and we could not enable chrome plugins / disable web rtc properly and some other issues. So you would be working with me and my developer to integrate either Jcef - and suitable code to meet our needs (I dont think that allows webrtc OFF for example) or a custom embed for chromium browser . Source code is added via github, Source code will be owned by my company and is strictly not for re use or retention after project completion. NDA signing required.
