Hello! I'm looking for someone who can help with my small coffee accessory business. The role will be by-the-hour to start (<15hr/wk) and if things work out I'm more than happy to arrange a more permanent position. Shipping/Logistics knowledge is very important (working with CIPL's, organising smooth freight pickups etc). Main tasks will involve: - invoicing, order management, emailing, logistics co-ordination, and freight quotes for wholesale customers (Xero, Front) - basic customer support and management of shopify stores (we have separate stores for shipping US/Asia/EU) - other standard EA work as it arises - preparing basic reports on stock levels and sales to help with supply chain planning. We are an existing brand for 5 years, but the systems are all new. I'm taking over the logistics and sales from another business. You will be able to build systems that work for you rather than fitting into mine, they just need to be documented so others can join or fill in. We currently use basecamp for other parts of the business if that's familiar for you. Questions are very welcome!
