Design the 3D model for Lithium batteries module pack for energy storage

Need to design the 3D models for lithium batteries module pack and develop drawings in Solid Works with proper FEA analysis and select the materials for the module pack. Also need to design the casing of integrated inverter and battery for the energy storage unit. Have to perform the thermal analysis on designs made. ●Design for manufacturability( Optimize the design parts, components for ease of manufacturing with an end goal of making better product at lower cost) Each module is 2p5s(10 cells stack) configuration of LiFePo4(LFP) prismatic cells. Module design should have below features ● Consistency in Module locking incorporating the cell tolerances (both Longitudinal and Lateral) ● Z-directional variation of Terminals between Cell to Cell shouldn't be present ● No Fastening methods on the pack ● The design should be Uniform and Symmetric if possible ● Incase of Welding the module packs, Fixtures to be designed ● Should try to eliminate the die requirement for manufacturing of the module casing design. ● Cells should be electrically insulated from the module casing to provide isolation. ● Design should allow for the good heat transfer with environment. ● Design should have feasibility for applying 300kgF using some fixture. Will share the complete requirement document before beginning of the project.
