During my time as a psychology undergrad, I learnt how to communicate clearly and perform efficient user experience interviews. In addition to evaluating resumes, I may conduct initial interviews and search databases to find various types of applicants that match the hiring requirements. What qualifies me for this project is that I work as a Employees Concierge for one of the most well-known electric cars companies, where my day-to-day tasks include interacting with employees, understanding their needs and frustrations, searching databases, organizing files, document written requests, and scheduling new hire interviews. I have extensive experience working with computers and the Microsoft office suite, as well as collaborating with other team members.
