We are looking for candidates for this job as telephone agent in Italian language. This job can be understood as a part-time sideline activity together with translation or other work, as this work can be done from home. You would prefer to work independently? You would like to work from your own office or home? Then why don't you join us? -We are looking for: We are always looking for new workers on a nation-wide basis, who would independently accept calls for us in all European languages (Inbound). These are customer reclamations during which caller data is collected for device replacement and entered into our database. Technical training is not required. -Your profile: Ideally you would have Call Centre experience or knowledge in telephone customer contacts. You are communicative and customer-oriented and are highly self-motivated. Good PC and Internet skills are self-evident. -Prerequisites: As a technical prerequisite you need to have access to a PC, a landline phone connexion and a DSL internet connection with a flat rate or any other broadband Internet connection. We prefer employees with a good command of the German and/or English language! -We offer: Flexible working hours with relaxed work from your own office or home. Job description: a) inbound - receive incoming calls from customers in Italian (other languages possible upon request) b) outbound - active calls to existing or potential clients in Italian (other languages possible upon request) Following tasks will be provided by the telephone-agent: - Information services - Ordering, booking and order acceptance - Appeals and Complaints Management - Information Service - Emergency Service - Claims Management - Support Services - Editing, and sending e-mails - General correspondence - Coordination of appointments 2. Payment terms: - For inbound activities: . Calls answering : 1.00 EUR / 4. min . E-mail or Fax processing: per process / 0.25 EUR . Transmission of caller information when servicing by e-mail to the TMCS or directly to the customer for each transaction / 0.10 EUR . Translation line € 0.70 / line (standard line = 9 words) - For outbound activities: . Call: 1.00 EUR / 4. min . E-mail or Fax processing: per process / 0.25 EUR The combination of the activities listed for a daily working time of about 4-6 hours equals a monthly approx. amount of € 450-750. For longer working time it can increase up to 1200€. Working hours can be flexibly scheduled depending on your availability in advance. Thank you in advance.
