We are a small digital media company, with two full-time employees and a handful of freelancers and part-timers.
Currently, we're in the beginning phases of an significant expansion to our client-base. That´s why we need you to help us keep things nice and tiddy.
That said, this position is a virtual/remote role, and will require approximately an hour or two Monday through Friday. Eventually, the amount of hours could increase if it was mutually beneficial.
Responsibilities, for which you will receive basic training and instructions, include replying to emails, composing ads for various needs of the company (ie: hiring employees, contests, social media, etc.), keyword research, outline development, and source collection, as well as communicating with other team members when necessary among other tasks.
None of the work in particular is too specialized, it is simply too many small tasks for our current management to handle alone.
So, you will receive emails and/or messages each morning detailing daily tasks. These tasks will have a same day deadline. That means what is assigned to you on Monday is due by end of day Monday, not Tuesday morning.
Daily assignments may include work such as research on a topic, coming up with significant trending keywords, and developing outlines (with sources) for multiple articles based on what you've found. You need to take this seriously, because your paycheck depends on it.

Also, you will need to be available on and off platform (Freelancer) for at least 1-2 hours per day. These are the hours you will be paid for, and that you will be working.
