As a remote task coordinator, our primary need is efficient job posting and messaging support on LinkedIn. This virtual assistant role will focus on these two aspects. Key Tasks: - Job Posting: You'll be responsible for posting job adverts on LinkedIn once per day - Messaging: Once the job adverts have been posted, you'll handle the communication aspects with the applicants. This includes acknowledging their interest, and sending them a one time messages every day Experience: While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, it's not mandatory. We are open to working with a new freelancer who has the right skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Qualifications and Skills: - Strong Organizational Skills: You should be able to manage multiple job postings and keep track of applications effectively. - Excellent Communication Skills: This role involves a lot of written communication so your ability to respond promptly and in a professional manner is key. - Attention to Detail: Accuracy in job postings, as well as in responding to queries, is crucial. Specific to your project: I can easily do the job posting part. More about me: I am a Senior Software Engineer graduated from IIT(India's Top Engineering Institute) but here for jobs which involve more of typing, assisting, customer support, digital marketing etc. because I don't like to code much(as a Software Engineer).
