timestamp service wanted ( X.509 / TSP )

timestamp service wanted ------------------------ i want to add to my documents a timestamp. with the X.509 Time-Stamp Protocol (TSP). for this i need a commandline exe that : - calculate the hash of my file, - send it to the timestamp server and - write a textfile with the encrypted hash&timestamp to a new textfile. also i need a commandline&gui application that can check if the timestamp is valid. i am shure many solutions for this exist. i will give 50$ to the one that tell me the service provider that have the exe tools i need and have to lowest costs per timestamp. (i need approx 2000 timestamps / day) of corse it must be a trusted service that is allwowed to make timestamps for european union.
