Computing assesment

It is a very easy university assessment that I want done in one day, without any programming errors. Because it gets complicating, I am going to hire only American or UK programmers, so that there are no misunderstandings. The payment will be 10$. Prompt for a filename and read data from that file consisting of the name of an element, its symbol and its percentage abundance in the earth’s crust until either END is read instead of an element name or the end of the file is encountered. Ask the user if they want the data sorted in alphabetical order of the symbol or in order of abundance. Prompt for another filename and print out the same data to that file, sorted appropriately. Think - what does your program do when two abundances are the same?
