Project Highlights: Sustainability at the Core: Our tiny house project places a strong emphasis on sustainability. From the materials used in construction to the energy-efficient systems incorporated, we are committed to creating an eco-friendly living space. Designers are encouraged to integrate green technologies and sustainable practices into the floorplans and 3D visuals. No Compromise Living: Despite the compact size, our tiny houses are designed to offer a lifestyle with no compromise. The chosen freelancer will play a crucial role in translating this vision into detailed floorplans and realistic 3D visualizations. Trailer Internal Dimensions: Height from floor (including wheels chassis etc): 1.2 meters Length: 13.6 meters Width: 2.4 meters Height: 2.6 meters Scope of Work: Floorplans: One-Bedroom Design: Develop a comprehensive floorplan for a one-bedroom tiny house within the specified trailer dimensions. Maximize space utilization while maintaining comfort. Two-Bedroom Design: Create a detailed floorplan for a two-bedroom tiny house, ensuring a harmonious layout within the given trailer constraints. 3D Visual Designs: Interior Renderings: Provide realistic 3D visualizations of the interior, showcasing the design's aesthetic and functionality. Demonstrate how sustainability is seamlessly integrated into the living space. Exterior Renderings: Develop captivating 3D visualizations of the exterior, highlighting the tiny house's curb appeal and sustainable features. Requirements: Experience in architectural design, specifically in designing tiny houses or mobile homes Experience in sustainable design practices. Familiarity with sustainable design principles and incorporating eco-friendly features such as solar panels Knowledge of interior design and ability to create a modern and stylish aesthetic for both the interior and exterior of the tiny house Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools. Ability to create designs that showcase a "no compromise" living experience. Strong communication skills for collaborative work. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND DUE TO THE UNIQUENESS OF THE PROJECT WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER APPLICATIONS FROM FREELANCERS WITH EXPERIENCE IN TINY HOUSES/MOBILE HOMES! Deliverables: Detailed floorplans for one-bedroom and two-bedroom designs within the specified trailer dimensions. Realistic 3D visual designs illustrating the interior and exterior, emphasizing sustainability and a high standard of living. Timeline: We anticipate the project to be completed within 4 weeks, allowing for regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
